About Dr Charlotte Russell
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with an interest in trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and coaching.
Therapy Services
I offer individual therapy for adults with a wide range of difficulties. I work with many clients across Manchester including Altrincham, Timperley, Cheadle, Stockport and Hale. I run a face to face clinic in Sale, M33.
I also offer online sessions via zoom.
Other Services
In addition to individual therapy, I provide clinical and research supervision, consultation, writing services and bespoke workshops.
I am available for media work and have contributed to publications including The Guardian, Metro, The Telegraph, Elle and Psychologies magazine.
