I work with adult clients and am trained in a range of therapy approaches. My approach is highly tailored to each client after considering their presenting difficulties, goals and preferences. I believe that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ when it comes to therapy and I value getting to know clients and working together to find the right approach.
I am an Accredited EMDR Practitioner and use this approach with many of my clients in ways that are best suited to their circumstances. I see EMDR as a highly effective tool to use as part of therapy.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and have worked with many clients from the LGBTQ+ community.
