Therapy enquiries

I have a small amount of availability for taking on new clients for online therapy, during daytime hours (9am-5pm) from Monday to Wednesday. I charge £110 for a 45-50 minute session.

My specialist areas of expertise are trauma, self esteem, adjustment and physical health/medical psychology including cancer, long term conditions, medical trauma, chronic pain, infertility and appearance altering conditions.

I don’t tend to offer short consultations prior to assessment because I don’t find these to be therapeutic for the client or helpful for me as a therapist. A short consultation is not enough time to fully assess your difficulties and unique situation. If you were to book in, at the end of the assessment session, I will share my proposed treatment approach. On occasions when I don’t feel we would be a good fit or I don’t have the right skills to help, I will usually be able to direct you towards a more suitable psychologist or mental health professional.
