Therapy enquiries

My availability is currently:

Online therapy, during daytime hours (9am-5pm) from Monday to Wednesday. I charge £110 for a 45-50 minute session.

Face to face sessions on a Friday (daytime) in Sale, M33. I charge £120 for a 45-50 minute session.

I am registered with major private health insurers including Bupa, AXA, Aviva and Vitality.

My specialist areas of expertise are trauma, self esteem, adjustment and physical health/medical psychology including cancer, long term conditions, medical trauma, chronic pain, infertility and appearance altering conditions.

I don’t tend to offer short consultations prior to assessment because I don’t find these to be therapeutic for the client or helpful for me as a therapist. A short consultation is not enough time to fully assess your difficulties and unique situation. If you were to book in, at the end of the assessment session, I will share my proposed treatment approach. On occasions when I don’t feel we would be a good fit or I don’t have the right skills to help, I will usually be able to direct you towards a more suitable psychologist or mental health professional. This happens in less than 5% of cases.
