Therapy enquiries

I am currently accepting self funding clients and insurance clients from AXA and WPA only. My self funding rate is £130 per 45-50 minute session.

I offer online sessions (via zoom) and face to face in Sale, South Manchester.

I tend not to offer phone consultations prior to assessment because I don’t find that these are therapeutic for the client. I would much rather allow a full session to understand your difficulties fully. If, after assessment, I do not feel I am the right practitioner for you, I will usually be able to recommend an alternative practitioner that would be a better fit for your needs.

Please note, I do not offer a crisis service. If you are concerned about your mental health please contact your general practitioner or local crisis service.

My specialist areas of expertise are trauma, self esteem, adjustment and physical health/medical psychology including cancer, long term conditions, medical trauma, chronic pain, infertility and appearance altering conditions.

I also specialise in psychological challenges related to travel.
