I deliver engaging, evidence-informed talks that help audiences think differently about wellbeing, performance, relationships, work and human behaviour.

Drawing on my background as a Clinical Psychologist, writer and founder of The Travel Psychologist, I combine psychological research, real-world experience and storytelling to make complex ideas accessible, practical and memorable.

My speaking style is thoughtful, approachable and conversational. Rather than simply presenting information, I aim to help audiences see familiar challenges from a new perspective and leave with ideas they can immediately apply in their work and lives.

Topics I can present on

I can deliver talks, workshops and training for a range of audiences, including healthcare professionals, tourism and travel organisations, businesses, universities and professional groups.

Topics may include:

  • Burnout and staff wellbeing
  • Emotional labour and workplace culture
  • Psychological wellbeing in the tourism industry
  • The psychology of travel
  • Resilience and adaptation during periods of change
  • Trauma, grief and recovery
  • Applying psychological thinking in non-clinical settings

What audiences can expect

My talks are:

  • Evidence-informed and psychologically grounded
  • Practical, engaging and accessible
  • Tailored to the needs of your audience
  • Designed to encourage reflection and discussion
  • Delivered with warmth, curiosity and real-world examples

Whether speaking to a conference audience, leadership team, professional body or workplace event, my aim is to create conversations that stay with people long after the session has ended.
