I work with adult clients using a range of therapy approaches. I mainly use EMDR and CBT in a way that is very tailored to each client. I believe that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ when it comes to therapy. I value getting to know clients and working together to find the right approach.
I sometimes use coaching, motivational interviewing and strategies informed by ACT and positive psychology. In practice this often means working with clients to make use of their unique strengths, characteristics and values.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and have worked with many clients from the LGBTQ+ community.

It is important that prospective clients understand that therapy is about us working together as a team. You are the expert in you, and I can offer you expertise but our success rests on how we are able to work together to achieve your desired outcomes. This will require a thorough assessment before us deciding together whether therapy is right for you.

Please note, I do not offer a crisis service. If you are concerned about your mental health please contact your general practitioner or local crisis service.
